I have been to the Strength of a mountain

I witness the majesty of a tree

I feel the warmth of a summer sun

I experience the calm of a quiet sea

I know about the generous soul of nature

I am held by the comforting arm of night

I contribute to the wisdom of the ages

I soar with the power of the eagle’s flight

I awake to the joy of a morning in spring

I have the faith of a mustard seed

I am cursed with the patience of eternity

I heal the depth of a family need

and these qualities with nothing more to add

I am complete
