My heart is overwhelmed,

Overflowing,

Love screaming to get out,

Something to give, no one to give to,

My heart is overwhelmed,

And I remember-no one cares how I feel!!!!!

  W.D. Snodgrass died last week, I met him at the International Society of Poet’s convention last summer, he has a Pulitzer Prize from 1960 for “Heart’s Needle”.

  I am happy to see that my poetry touches individuals. I have a saying, “I touch everyone I meet.” I guess now that includes individuals that I do not meet.
